One section (the biggest) does need an abseil. However, the main part of the cliff, the right-hand sector, is accessible by an easy walk down from the plateau. Huge waves enter the bay and salt spray makes the holds impossible to use till the afternoon, when the sun dries out the cliff. Perhaps ...?
