There is no shade at the foot of the wall but the breeze generally makes it easier to climb in the sun even in high
summer.

Approach: From the Verghju col, follow the path without waymarkers (cairns only) which heads off to the north and passes the foot of a large beech tree (1 min). Continue on in a northerly direction in an area scattered with little pine trees (cairns then a few blue aymarkers). After 12 mins, near a small rocky outcrop and 150m after exiting an area of slightly more dense forest, look to your left to find the well-worn path (blue waymarkers) which will lead you to the climbing crag.
