We do not know if it is allowed to park on the lower side of the highway in front of the boulders or if you have to take the road that leads to the "Arches National Park" trying to park before the entry or the large parking lot just after but it will then pay $ 10 per person to enter the park. In this case, just follow the bike path along the fast track to join the boulders.
