Further information(s) : Le parc Las Peñas (rochers) doit son nom aux rochers à l'intérieur. Il est interdit de grimper sur les rochers car ils sont considérés comme patrimoine (l'un d'eux possède des pétroglyphes d'origine précolombienne).
Le parc dispose de sanitaires, des 2 parkings, d'un magasin, de terrains de sport (basket, fut, fronton, volley) et des espaces naturels pour barbecues et randonnées. Il est divisé en deux parties, la partie basse sportive et la partie haute où se trouvent terrasses et sentiers.
Les voies d'escalade sont divisées en 5 zones auxquelles on accède à pied après avoir marché entre 5 et 20 minutes depuis le parking.
